International Voluntary Foundation-IVF distributed food items to around 200 helpless and distressed Hindu families in 15 villages of 6 unions in Rajbari and Faridpur districts on the occasion of Happy Durga Puja at the IVF office premises adjacent to Basantpub Hat on October 11.
Mr. Mohammad Nazrul Islam Shawon, Director of Barakah Specialist Hospital in Dhaka and IVF CEO, was present as the chief guest in the distribution program. Author and folk cultural researcher Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, eminent businessman Md. Khorshed Alam, Ruhul Amin Belal were also present on the occasion as special guests. Presided over by president of IVF local branch Mr Md Abdus Salam Sheikh IVF general secretary Md Jalal Master, former Local public representative and IVF volunteer Md. Musa Master, Md Siddique Molla, Md Sohrab Sheikh,Md. Abdus Sukur master, Md Rafiq, Md. Nurul Alam, Monira Begum, Md Shukur and other volunteers were also present. IVF coordinator Sharif Uddin Ahmed coordinated the Puja food distribution program.
